What is a credit?
What you pay with instead of a card once you have a pack. One design takes 1 credit and one upscale takes ¼ credit, and each design arrives as the full PNG, SVG, PDF and EPS set, exactly as if you had paid for it on its own.
Do I have to buy credits?
No. Paying per design by card is always there, with nothing up front. Credits are for people who already know they need several.
How do I use the credits in a pack?
Sign in with the address you paid with. Your balance shows on your account, and at checkout you'll be offered your credits instead of a card charge. Pack credits never expire.
Should I vectorize it or upscale it?
Vectorize logos, lettering and flat artwork: you get PNG, SVG, PDF and EPS, and a vector prints sharp at any size. Upscale photographs, gradients and detailed images, where tracing would flatten what matters. Not sure? The preview is free, so try vectorizing first and you'll see at once.
Does removing the background cost extra when I vectorize?
No. $3.99 covers the finished design, whether you uploaded it or made it in the studio, with or without the background removed. Background removal is only charged on its own when it is all you need: a transparent PNG with no vector.
What if the result isn't good?
You'll know before paying. Previews are free and watermarked, and trying again costs nothing: up to 2 previews an hour from one browser. After 1 in a day we ask for an email address to keep going.
Do I have to make an account?
No. An email address for the download link is all a purchase needs. An optional account keeps every file you've bought in one place.
