A Vectorizer.AI alternative with no monthly plan
Vectorizer.AI sells its web app as a $9.99 monthly subscription with unlimited images. VectorArtLab charges $3.99 once per design for the SVG, PDF, EPS and a 300 DPI PNG, with a free preview first. For a logo or two a month, paying per design costs less; for steady weekly volume, their plan does.

Choose VectorArtLab if
You need one logo or a few files now and then, you would rather not manage a subscription, and you want the print set (vector PDF, EPS and a sized PNG) together.
Choose Vectorizer.AI if
You vectorize every week, need DXF for CNC or laser work, or want to call a vectorizer from your own software through an API.
Where the monthly plan wins
At $9.99 a month, a subscription works out cheaper than paying $3.99 per design once you need more than two or three files a month. A print shop or a designer who traces artwork daily should do that arithmetic and will usually land on a plan.
Their API is also something VectorArtLab does not sell, so software that needs to vectorize on its own belongs there.
Where paying per design wins
Most people need a vector when a printer asks for one: a shirt order, a sign, a vehicle wrap. That is one file, maybe two, and then nothing for months. Paying once for that design, with nothing renewing afterwards, is the cheaper and simpler arrangement.
Each design arrives as the set a print job asks for, from one trace, so the PDF, the EPS and the PNG all match.
Checking the result before money changes hands
Both services show the vector free before you pay. Here, the preview is also where you fix it: cut the colours down for a screen printer, merge two shades that should be one, erase a speck or drop the background, and the files are made from exactly what you approved.
Questions, answered
- Is VectorArtLab cheaper than Vectorizer.AI?
- For occasional use, yes: $3.99 once versus $9.99 for a month of their web app. For more than two or three files a month, their subscription works out cheaper per image.
- Does VectorArtLab make DXF files?
- No. The vector comes as SVG, PDF and EPS. If your cutter or CNC software needs DXF specifically, Vectorizer.AI exports it.
- Can I try both before deciding?
- Yes. Both show a free preview of the traced result, so you can run the same logo through each and compare the edges and colours.
- Do I need an account here?
- No. An email for the download link is enough, and there is no plan to cancel afterwards.
- Are you connected to Vectorizer.AI?
- No. VectorArtLab is an independent service. Their prices on this page were read from their own pricing page on the date shown.
